Webmaster tools has improved a LOT from that time. Best part is ability to control crawl rate, see robots.txt errors and finding out broken links. Earlier they only showed 404 pages but now they also show pages linking to 404 pages. Thanks for sharing this one, a nice refresher :-) That’s an old one.
